So this evening I was at the Catholic Confirmation of a family member and I'm not especially religous, so there I was trying not to zone out when the Bishop mentions that Catholicism is a supernatural religion. My ears immediately prick up because, hey, he said 'supernatural.'

"Now," the Bishop continues, "when I say 'supernatural' I'm not talking about that television show I sometimes like to watch with the two boys who drive around fighting evil..." and I didn't really hear the next bit because I was too busy thinking, 'Oh my gosh!!! The Bishop watches Supernatural.' And 'I can't even go to a Confirmation without mention of Supernatural!! Supernatural is everywhere!' 

So, my night = made. :)

9tiptoes acted as my proxy because the time zones were not friendly to me this year!

And...squee...I got my third choice. Which is awesome because there were eight magnificent pieces of art that I had my eye on and ordering them was a challenge!

So...creator of R2049 "I didn't MEAN to", please reveal thyself! :)

Dean is a demon...Dean is Sam's demon. Therefore, logic tells me that Sam and Dean will wrestle frequently this season... oh the places my imagination goes...

I don't normally post much to my journal except for fic that I've written, but thought I'd post a bit of an update.

It's been a busy year so far. I did the spn_reversebang for the first time - two (very different!) entries: Honey I shrunk the Winchesters (Gen, humour) and Dynamic Equilibrium (NC-17 like whoa!). And I also got to meet two fabulous new (to me) artists amber1960 and whogate. I was a pinch-hit for whogate, so there wasn't time for additional art, but amber1960 did heaps of fabulous extra art and was so much fun to work with!

I'm currently working on my spn_j2_bigbang - the sequel to last year's bigbang Fifty cents for your soul...and I've just taken on another Reversebang project, this time the Dark Angel Reversebang - da_reversebang (thanks to cassiopeia7 bringing it to my attention and then insisting that Alec was calling my name...how could I resist?). So now I'm going to be working with another new (to me) artist, rhapsodean on what promises to be a very fun project! Cat!boy Alec, anyone? ;)

So yes, another busy couple of months coming up for me. What's everyone else working on at the moment?

Oh wow! I got a Runner Up gong in the 'No Rest for the Wicked' Awards for A Twist of Fate. Kinda stoked. Huge big thank you to my amazing beta 9Tiptoes for nominating me! :)

So...I'm about to start posting my spn-gen-big-bang entry which is, um, kinda long. It has 16 parts and due to the ongoing (never-ending?) 'undocumented features' aka bugs that LJ is still experiencing I'm gonna have to post it backwards so that I can get the links in.

So yeah, apologies for flooding your flists and please just ignore me until you see the masterpost turn up cuz I doubt the story will make any sense if read backwards! 

Oh and if I stop before I'm finished it just means that the God Almighty storm we're currently having has knocked out my internet connection/power! :)
