Because my muse has mostly been curled in a ball sucking her thumb lately, I decided that this year, I'd wait until Aussie morning and then see if there were any prompts left that could prod El Muse out of her funk. And...

I picked up an organised crime prompt which is a wee bit out of my comfort zone because it asks for Dean/Cas which I have never written. I'm actually a bit excited to try my hand at something different and hey, organised crime -- I kinda love it. So.

Aw thank you! Now I just need my artist to come say hello! I got one of those silly messages from LJ that tells me that someone, somewhere has mentioned me, so maybe that was them. I hope they follow up with a pm though, because I have no idea who they are! :)

Organised crime is always fun. But yikes...Dean/Cas. That's a first for me as a writer. I'm...excited and nervous! :)

(RL is...what it is. Mum's bloodwork has been good though. I don't really understand all the ins and outs, but the count for bad stuff has been down and the count for good stuff has been up, so that's positive!)

My artist hasn't been in touch yet. I'm guessing maybe they're not an LJ native and they aren't sure about getting in touch? At the very least I'll learn who they are when you modly folk put up the Big Reveal post!

Oh yes, and the Dean/Cas shippers are a segment of fandom I'm not too familiar with, so it's a bit nerve-wracking. But...personally I ship Dean with almost everyone, so hopefully I'll do okay! :D
