Wow. Dean's fear is just so physical in this, and Sam's determination to help gave me all the feels. The brief glimpse of Cas and Ruby was a nice touch - Ruby moulding Sam under the guise of helping made me shudder, and Cas appearing to help Dean and Sam realising yes, that's an angel!
